Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026. The terms that apply when you buy from CipherForge.
1. Agreement
By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy.
2. Products and pricing
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders. Product images are illustrative; minor cosmetic differences do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders where stock is unavailable, authorised use cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected.
4. Payment
Cash on delivery is the default method. Where prepayment is offered, orders are dispatched after funds clear.
5. Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; courier delays outside our control do not entitle you to cancellation once dispatched, though we will help resolve issues.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.
7. Authorised use
You must use products lawfully and only with proper authorisation. You indemnify CipherForge against claims arising from misuse.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Islamabad.
