Delivery

• Flat rate Rs 250 per order; free shipping over Rs 15,000.
• Dispatch within 1 business day of order confirmation.
• Delivery in 2–5 working days depending on location.
• All parcels are tracked and insured for their full value.

Cash on delivery

COD is available nationwide. Please have the exact amount ready. Couriers may charge a small handling fee in remote areas; this is disclosed before dispatch.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once your parcel leaves our facility. You can also check order status under My Account.

Dead on arrival

If a unit arrives damaged or does not power on, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a short description. We will arrange a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Change of mind

Unused, sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened hardware, consumables and digital materials are non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty.

Restricted items

Some products require authorised-use verification before dispatch. If verification is not completed within 3 business days, the order is cancelled and any payment reversed.
