Do you sell to students?
Yes, for educational use. Some restricted hardware may require proof of enrolment or a supervising institution.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. COD is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Most cities receive orders in 2–3 working days; remote areas can take up to 5. All parcels are tracked and insured.
What is your returns policy?
Dead-on-arrival units are replaced within 7 days. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and sealed. See Shipping & Returns.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not at launch. We currently ship within Pakistan only; international enquiries are handled case by case.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We source from reputable distributors and test hardware before dispatch. We do not sell clones disguised as originals.
Can you help me choose a tool?
Absolutely. Describe your engagement or lab goal and we will recommend a sensible starting point without overselling.
Do you provide training?
We stock books and training kits and can point you to structured learning paths. We do not currently run in-person courses.
What about authorised use?
Every order requires a lawful-use declaration. Read our Acceptable Use Policy before purchasing restricted hardware.
